1. Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across all of Toronto and the GTA, including York Region, Durham Region, and Peel Region.

3. Are you a Nut Free facility?
No. Unfortunately, Dunked Bakery is not a nut-free facility currently but is working towards this in the future.
4. Can I customize cookie orders?
Yes, cookie orders can be customized. To customize an order, please contact us via the contact us page on our site and we will try our best to fulfill your custom order.
5. When do you do deliveries? When will I get my order?
Dunked Bakery completes deliveries on Saturday of each week, between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Requests for deliveries outside of this timeframe may be made prior to ordering by contacting Dunked Bakery.
6. When do I have to order by?
In order to receive your Dunked Bakery cookie boxes on the Saturday, you MUST place an order by the 12:00 PM EST on the Wednesday of that week. All orders placed after Wednesday, will be delivered the Saturday of the following week.

7. Do you cater events?
Yes, we cater to both small and large group special events, including corporate events. For more catering information please go to our special events page.
8. Do you have gift basket options?
Yes, we do gift baskets as special requests which make an excellent gift for friends, family and clients. In order to place an order for a gift basket, please contact us via our contact us page on our website prior to placing your order. 10. Can I add a personal note / special message to cookie boxes?
Yes, we can include a handwritten special message in your box of cookies. To receive a special message, when ordering click ‘Yes’ on Add Special Message and include what you would like written under special instructions once you have added to cart.
11. What payments do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments. PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Interac, Apple Pay, and E-Transfers. Email us at email@example.com to set up E-Transfers.
12. Can I order in bulk?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate your bulk order. Please contact us three weeks prior to the event through our contact us page or email firstname.lastname@example.org
13. Do you do wholesale pricing?
Yes, we can provide wholesale pricing to vendors. Please contact us through our contact us page or email email@example.com
14. Do cookies and clothing arrive at the same time?
No, food delivery and clothing vary in delivery time.
15. What are clothing shipping times?
The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the estimated time frame. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
16. Will I be charged customs if I am outside of Canada?
Shipments outside of Canada may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We are not responsible for these fees.
17. What is you exchange or refund policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as our products are made to order. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
SALE/SEASONAL/BRAND AMBASSADOR/HOLIDAY ITEMS (HALLOWEEN, CHRISTMAS ETC) ARE FINAL SALE.
Items must be in original condition (unused) if a return is accepted. We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
If you want to request a cancellation please do so within one hour of your purchase. Once an item has started fulfillment cancellations are no longer possible.
